新冠肺疫期間，本港不少餐廳大量使用即棄餐具，以減低病毒傳播風險，卻增加塑料消耗。港產初創寰科創新以天然植物纖維，製成一次性咖啡囊及餐具，聲稱75天便可完成生物分解，可謂生得逢時。該公司上月完成5000萬元A1輪融資，投資者包括阿里巴巴香港創業者基金。今次請來其創辦人兼行政總裁陳大仁，講解其創業理念，以及產品技術特點。
